Here are the reasons I did not do a workout today.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
It really does not matter why. I guess I could have just picked some of the excuses Sasha listed for skipping. Maybe I can get a walk in at work tonight. Walked about 25 minutes last night checking buildings and making sure they were all safe and secure. It helped me stretch the legs a little and stay awake. I have to be careful though. Laziness on one day makes it easier to spread to others. I will have to make sure that does not happen tomorrow. |
