The achilles felt fine enough to run, so I did. Everything was good until 5.5 miles. Some pain started to set in. I did not want it to get worse so I stopped running and walked home. So now after this run I have decided to stop running until January 1, 2008. This will be about 3 weeks of time off. I will use the elliptical, AirDyne, swim laps, and aqua jog in the mean time.
