I had a great lunch with my wife today. Then went to workout only 30 minutes after I finished eating. My stomach bothered me some on my swim and a lot on the run. Had to squeeze all of my workout into one session today so I would not be late for work. I was very tired at the end. But that is mostly because I was not well hydrated and the gym temperature was so warm. Towards the end I could hardly produce saliva in my mouth. But I got it all done and now its in the bank. Swim - warm-up - 100 breast - 2:10 1000 free/breast mix - 18:37 cool down - 100 free - 1:45 Run - Treadmill - 6 miles - 48:00 - 8:00 avg. AirDyne Bike - 6.5 miles - 23:00 Total Time - 1:33:32 Been awhile since I used a treadmill. It really beats me up. I felt some twinging in my achilles afterwards. Both feet hurt as well. These pains had been gone for a couple of weeks now. We will see how I feel when I run on the road tomorrow. |
