I woke up tired this morning and went to bed a little earlier than I had the other nights this week. Once in the pool I could tell it was going to be slow. But that is ok. My morning swim and bike workout is only supposed to enhance my running. I look at it as a bonus to be able to do these workouts and do not worry about their intensity. I just want to get in my 45 minutes worth. After the swim I rode the AirDyne. This afternoon it was still sloppy out. When I left the house it was a heavy mist. It turned to rain for most of the run. And back to a heavy mist by the end of the run. The pace was faster than usual, but felt good. Swim -
