I would love to see a 5:XX for a mile just one more time. Go under 20 in a 5K. And a sub 40 for a 10K.

I woke up tired this morning and went to bed a little earlier than I had the other nights this week. Once in the pool I could tell it was going to be slow. But that is ok. My morning swim and bike workout is only supposed to enhance my running. I look at it as a bonus to be able to do these workouts and do not worry about their intensity. I just want to get in my 45 minutes worth. After the swim I rode the AirDyne.

This afternoon it was still sloppy out. When I left the house it was a heavy mist. It turned to rain for most of the run. And back to a heavy mist by the end of the run. The pace was faster than usual, but felt good.

You should be seeing some great health benefits from your workout times. Are you losing weight and feeling good?

If I did not eat so bad and drink soft drinks(regular, not even diet) I would probably lose some weight. But I do feel good.
