Since I missed yesterday's run, I skipped the gym today to put in a longer run today. At the 1/2 mile mark, I saw two dogs playing in their yard. I had trouble with these two before, So I stopped my watch and turned around. Thought about which way to run for a minute then reset the watch and started over again. So that counted as a warm-up. I ran 10 miles and it felt very good. This was a real good pace for me. The ball of might left foot twinged a little, but everything else was good. I was happy with today's run.
