Train consistently and smart. Run some local races and hope to lower PR's every once in awhile.

I would love to see a 5:XX for a mile just one more time. Go under 20 in a 5K. And a sub 40 for a 10K.

Still feeling good. Ran to and from pool with a swim in between. Ran again later this evening. Picked things up the last 3 on the evening run.

Arms felt a little dead in the swim today. Not sure why ?

Wow really sweet day today, Scott! I'm especially digging the fact that overall you had progressing negative splits for each run..

7:48/mi to the pool, 7:37 from it (after 1000 yards of swimming!), and then the monstrous 7:16 pace 10k+. Really loved how you were hitting sub-7 pace the last mile-plus!. Great job today and really super mileage.

Thanks Benn - By the way how about all the drama you caused with the mileage board. In my opinion you should be able to log any type of exercise you want as cross training. I think after this it may make it to Sasha's to - do list to not count the cross training on the board.

And if you keeping biking those mad miles you quads are going to be huge!
