Wanted to try and run 4 "faster miles" today. The plan was to warm up for 1, then run the next 4 at 7:30 pace. And a cool down at the end. But I am still trying to figure out pacing by feel when running faster. Trying for a 7:30 on mile 1 and it turned out to be a 7:10. Eventually I will get better at pacing myself....I hope. The other 3 miles were off pace as well, but I was just trying to stay about the same as the 1st. Run - 7.5 - 8:11, 7:10, 7:08, 7:04, 7:06, 8:34, 8:25, 4:04 - 57:44 - 7:42 avg.
