Another day of cross training. Arms were a little sore and tired from swimming yesterday. Time was a little slower today. Hard to believe how much faster I was earlier this year without half as much effort. 10 minutes of pool running was next. Then 30 minutes on the elliptical. A bit warm in the fitness room. Much sweat. Swim - 1000 yards - alternating free/breast per 100 yards - 19:25.51 Pool Running - 10 minutes - 1 mile running equivalent - maintained good tempo Elliptical - 30:00 - 3 miles running equivalent Total Time - 59:25 ... kinda wished I had tagged on an extra 35 seconds :-)
