Calf still sore this morning. So today begins my cross training workouts until I can run again. Swim - 1000 yards (.568 mile) - 19:08.95 - alternating free & breast every 100 yards. Have not swam regularly since Spring. Arms got tired and will most likely be sore tomorrow. Aqua Jogging - 11:00 - With Belt - let's say this is a 1 mile equivalent of running. I kept the tempo high and concentrated on my form. Quads got some burn from this. Air Resistance Bike - 5 miles - 17:30 - planned on 30 minutes. But my heart was beating so hard like it was going to explode from my chest. This made me uncomfortable. It has happened before on this machine. Weird. Elliptical - 15 minutes - 1.5 miles running equivalent Total Time - 1:02:39
