Went to the pool again. Swam 100 breast to warm-up. Then 1000 free/breast mix. Cooled down with 100 free. Then rode the AirDyne for 23 minutes. Got home and ate a banana and set out for a 6 mile run. It was 74f ยบ when I left the house and very windy. The first 2 miles the wind was on my back. The next 2 it was head on in my face. It was starting to wear on me pretty quick. Plus I was not use to the warmer temps, especially in February. Still I had no desire to stop, just slow down a little. But then stomach troubles hit. I made the turn for home and called it a run at 4.6. I am sure the 2 bowls of chili for dinner last night, plus the bowl for lunch today were to blame for the upset stomach. Still consider it a good workout for the day.
