Had court in the morning. Got home and had a quick lunch. Picked Justin up from school and took him to the sitter. Then went back to the house and went running. Felt sluggish 1st and 2nd mile. Gradually started feeling better and went with it. Back home again. Changed clothes and headed to the pool. Swam 1000 yards freestyle. Due to the run and lack of pool time lately I went pretty slow. Was going to do another 1000 of a breast & free mix. But I had been feeling some "catches" in a foot, hamstring, and calf. On the 1st 100 breast I thought I was going to really cramp up in the legs. They may only last seconds, but the tenderness and soreness can linger for a couple of days. So I stopped swimming. Then went immediately to picking up both kids. So once again the yard work I need to do did not get done. And tomorrow is looking no better for it either. Run - 8 - 8:20, 8:14, 8:00, 7:51, 7:46, 7:41, 7:32, 7:38 - 1:03:03 - 7:52 avg.
